asked the spreading light who it was, and the nur explained how it had always existed as His light within Him, identifying at the same time all the living entities waiting to come into existence, the heavens and hells, the angels and unseen beings, Adam and his progeny. In His delight with this pure explanation, God told the nur, whom He called Nur Muhammad, He would create all this through his light. The nur returned into the source once more, then eventually emerged again. This time a shadow came from the nur which became another light, the qutb, the divine luminous explanation.

Now the darkness was totally dispersed as the contiguous light of the nur and the qutb, touching each other, caused a shower of particles, rays of light that fell everywhere in the universe and the world of souls as living things, embryos which consumed those rays of light. When Allah looked at these entities vibrating with the consciousness of His existence, He understood the nature of His causality and His totality, proclaiming then that pure consciousness and light together would always see Him in this world, the world of souls and the hereafter; if the qutb and the nur resonate to make the luminous presence of Allah known, that living being recognizes Him.
